Who handles the information

nuanzs is responsible for this site. For any question or request concerning your data, email hola@nuanzs.com.

What data we may receive

  • Information you voluntarily include in an email.
  • Information you provide when booking a conversation, plus technical usage data TidyCal may process when its calendar loads, such as an IP address and browser or device information.
  • Technical and interaction data from the site when you accept analytics, such as pages viewed, calls to action used, and device or browser information.

How we use it

We use this data to respond to questions, assess whether a problem is a fit for Method .48, coordinate conversations, improve the site and protect its operation.

Why we process it

We process information you send us to respond to your request and take steps towards a possible service engagement. Essential technical processing supports the security and operation of the site. Optional analytics only runs after you consent.

External services

The site may use Google Analytics, managed through Google Tag Manager, only after you consent. Our site keeps advertising-related consent signals denied. The booking page embeds TidyCal, which may process booking details and technical usage data under its own policy. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser and can be changed at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the site footer.

For more detail, read the privacy policies of Google · TidyCal.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us; we will respond under the applicable law. You can change your analytics preference at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the site footer.

Changes

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and its revision date.
