Problem

Managing access to residential buildings and condominiums often results in inefficiencies, security risks, and communication delays. The traditional approach of using manual entry logs, keycards, and intercoms does not provide the level of security and convenience needed in modern buildings. Residents frequently face issues such as missed deliveries, communication gaps with building staff, and unmonitored visitor access.The Municipality of Las Condes required a solution that would offer secure and streamlined building access while ensuring effective communication between residents, concierges, and management. The goal was to modernize access control, reduce security risks, and optimize the delivery of services.

We developed Dapta, a mobile application that revolutionizes the way building access is managed. Leveraging QR codes for secure entry, Dapta allows users to generate and scan codes to control access to condominiums and buildings in Las Condes. The app facilitates seamless management of deliveries, visitor tracking, and access permissions, enhancing security and operational efficiency.
Dapta’s real-time notification system ensures residents and building staff stay connected and informed.
